Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of your Compads account and related workspace/ad-monitoring data at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Email privacy@adrete.se from your account email address.
2. Use subject: "Compads Data Deletion Request".
3. Include your account email and optional organization/workspace name.

What will be deleted

• Account profile and login data tied to your user.
• Saved competitors, sync jobs, ad records, and related analytics in your workspace.

What may be retained for a limited period

• Minimal security logs required to prevent fraud/abuse.
• Records required by legal obligations.

Processing time

We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days and confirm completion by email.

Meta/Facebook callback support

Compads supports Meta user data deletion callbacks through a dedicated endpoint configured in App Settings: /api/auth/facebook/data-deletion.

If your request comes through Meta, we return a confirmation code and a status URL as required by the platform.
