Service scope

Compads provides competitor ad monitoring and analytics based on lawful data access, including Meta platform integrations configured by the user.

Acceptable use

You must use the service lawfully and in accordance with applicable platform terms.
You are responsible for account credentials and all activity under your account.
You may not use Compads for unlawful surveillance, abuse, or unauthorized data collection.
You may only connect data sources and accounts you are authorized to use.

Platform compliance

Use of Facebook/Meta login and APIs is subject to Meta Platform Terms and applicable developer policies.

Availability and changes

The service is provided as-is. We may modify features, apply maintenance windows, or suspend parts of the service for security, operational, or legal reasons.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Compads is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. You are responsible for how insights are used in your business decisions.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
